These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 49bdt platform. By registering or placing bets, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out below.
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 49bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all use of the 49bdt website, including account registration, use of casino games, sports betting, deposits, withdrawals, bonus claims, and all related services accessed through 49bdt.pro or any of its sub-domains.
By accessing 49bdt.pro, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 49bdt platform.
2. Eligibility
To register and use 49bdt, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. 49bdt reserves the right to request verification of eligibility at any point. Failure to satisfy these requirements may result in account suspension or termination without prior notice.

- You must register only one account in your name. Multiple accounts for a single individual are prohibited.
- You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and must keep this information up to date.
- You must not be acting on behalf of any third party, syndicate, betting exchange, or affiliate arbitrage arrangement.
3. Account Registration and Security
Each player may hold only one registered account on 49bdt. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials at all times and for all activities that occur under your account.
49bdt employs SSL encryption on all sessions and applies industry-standard security protocols to protect account data. However, you remain solely responsible for any unauthorized use of your account arising from your failure to keep your password secure or from sharing your login details with any third party.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
49bdt supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ā§ģ100. 5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers
49bdt may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific bonus T&C and these general Terms, the specific bonus T&C shall prevail for that promotion only.
Bonuses credited to your 49bdt account are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the bonus offer terms. Failure to complete the wagering requirement within the specified time period will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.
- Bonuses are credited in BDT and are available only to players who have completed the account registration process and met any stated eligibility criteria for the specific offer.
- 49bdt reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method.

6. Gameplay and Betting Rules

7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 49bdt platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and bonuses, and permanent exclusion from the platform without recourse.
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

- Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus offers through coordinated play.
- Using funds derived from illegal activities, or using the platform for any money-laundering purpose.
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during account registration or KYC verification.
- Allowing any minor (person under 21 years of age) to access or use your 49bdt account for any purpose.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
49bdt reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where 49bdt has reasonable grounds to believe that: the player has breached these Terms; the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; the account is being used for money-laundering or other illegal purposes; or the security of the account has been compromised.

Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC obligations.
9. Responsible Gaming

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 49bdt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, service interruptions, or technical failures. 49bdt's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
49bdt does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 49bdt will use reasonable endeavours to ensure platform availability but cannot guarantee continuous uptime, particularly during scheduled maintenance windows or events beyond 49bdt's reasonable control.
12. Amendments to These Terms
49bdt reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of the 49bdt platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
Where an amendment materially affects player rights or obligations, 49bdt will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to the registered account address where practicable. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure as described in Section 8.
